CBCT® Compassion Training for Nurses and Other Providers

The Center is proud to collaborate with the Emory Nursing Experience at the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing to offer CBCT® for practicing nurses and other providers.   

CNE and CEU credits available at successful completion of the course.

Spring 2024

Multi-part course that includes self-guided videos and exercises, one-day live instruction, and Zoom sessions. All work to be completed within one month after the workshop.

Part 1- Online Programming (2 hrs)

Self-guided lessons including videos and reflection assignments.

Part 2 – In-Person Workshop (10 hrs)

Time:            8:00am to 6:00pm EDT

Location:    Emory University
                        1599 Clifton Rd
                        Atlanta, GA 30322

 Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided. Free parking onsite.

Part 3 – Online and Zoom Sessions (2 hrs) 

Two 45-minute Zoom sessions, plus self-guided videos and exercises, held after the in-person workshop.

Cost:          

$425 per participant

Fees include all course material, plus a one-year enrollment in the CBCT® guided meditation app. 

CNE Credits:

Emory Nursing Professional Development Center (ENPDC) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.  Attendees to this CNE activity will be awarded contact hours by ENPDC.  No conflict of interest has been found with the speaker for this CNE activity nor with the members of the planning committee.
