We recommend that you download the meditation recordings for best playback quality and for future ease of access.  To download, PC users should "right click" on the desired file.  Apple users should press the control key at the same time you click your mouse.  A list of options should appear including one that states "Save Link As."  This will allow you to download the file as an mp3 file and save directly to your computer.  You can then move the file to other devices via e-mail, usb link, etc.
